How long does it take for the validation process to be completed?

The document validation is exclusively performed by the Identity Verification Department on a daily basis and can take from 24 to 48h.

You can always check the verification progress of your uploaded documents from the Profile > Verification Process. In this way, you can ensure your documents were uploaded successfully.
