Why are additional documents requested in order to make a withdrawal?

It is very important to make sure that your account is fully validated and that you have all declared data updated, as any withdrawal can only be processed after the full account validation is completed.
 
In order to make a withdrawal after performing a deposit through a credit/debit card that does not belong to you, appropriate validation of the other person`s card is required, through:
  • a photo of the card (with first 6 and last 4 digits)
  • a photo of the Identity Card of the card`s holder

In case your deposits were initiated through a card with a problematic BIN, reverse transactions are not accepted. This means that you can deposit using the card but, due to procedural issues, money cannot be transferred to the card. In such cases, a Bank Statement will be requested.
