Closing my Account

To close your account, sign in and follow the path My Account - Profile - Player Protection, where you can find options Take a Break and Self-Exclusion from our products (Sportsbook - Virtuals and Casino).

  • Take a Break: temporary account closure takes effect from the moment it is set by you and lasts for the selected time frame (24h, 48h, 7 days, 30 days). You may apply temporary closure to either Sportsbook and/or Casino for the time frame you wish. You may at anytime extend the temporary closure time frame and/or apply the temporary closure to more than one products, with immediate effect. If you wish to lower the temporary closure time frame and/or apply temporary closure to less than the already selected products, then this request will be granted 7 days later.

  • Self-Exclusion: takes effect from the moment it is set by you, and lasts for the time frame that you select (6 months, 12 months, 24 months, Indefinitely). You can be self-excluded from your access to Sportsbook and/or Casino for the time frame that you wish. You may at anytime extend the Self- Exclusion time frame and/or exclude more than one products, with immediate effect. There is no option for lowering the Self-Exclusion time frame and/or selecting a lower number of excluded products.
