Account Blocked due to an Incorrect Password

Your account has been locked for data security reasons.

This happens after 5 consecutive unsuccessful attempts to log in to your account.

To reactivate it (if you do not remember your password), you can change your password directly from the top right corner of the window by clicking Login → Forgotten password. To do this, you will need to enter your registered mobile number and enter your birth data during registration. When you change your password and successfully access your account, the account is automatically unlocked.

Another method of activating your account is (if you remember your password and do not wish to change it and/or encounter a technical problem with the steps described above) by contacting us via your preferred channel using your registered data. You only need to state your wish to unlock your account and confirm your data, consistent with our security measures, which are: Your two names, username and birth data.
