- Option 1: You Have Access to Your Betano Account
- Log in and go to Profile.
- Select Personal Data.
- Enter your new email address.
- A 5-digit verification code will be sent to your new email.
- Enter the code in the designated field to confirm the change.
- Option 2: You DO NOT Have Access to Your Betano Account
- Contact Betano Customer Support via Live Chat, Email, or Phone.
- During the verification process, be ready to provide the following:
- Full name
- Username
- ID number
- Date of birth
- Your old and new email addresses
- Once your information is verified, a support agent will guide you through the next steps to update your email.
Mobile Phone Number (I Lost Access to My Phone Number – How Can I Change It?)
If you no longer have access to your registered phone number and want to update it, here’s what you need to do:
- Option 1: You Have Access to Your Betano Account
- Log in to your account and go to Profile.
- Select Personal Data.
- Update your mobile number.
- A 4-digit verification code will be sent via SMS to the new number.
- Enter the code in the designated field to confirm the change.
- Option 2: You DO NOT Have Access to Your Betano Account
- Contact Betano Customer Support through Live Chat, Email, or Phone.
- During the verification process, you’ll be asked to provide the following:
- Full name
- Username
- ID number
- Date of birth
- Your old and new phone numbers
- Once your details are verified, the support agent will guide you through updating your phone number.
Address (I Moved – How Can I Update My Address?)
If you’ve changed your address and need to update it on your Betano account, here’s what to do:
- Option 1: You Have Access to Your Betano Account
- Log in and go to your Profile.
- Select Personal Data.
- Update your address details with the new information.
- Option 2: You DO NOT Have Access to Your Account
- Contact Betano Customer Support via Live Chat, Email, or Phone.
- During the verification process, be prepared to provide:
- Full name
- Username
- ID number
- Date of birth
- Your old and new address
- Once your information is confirmed, our support team will help you update your address.
Name (I Need to Change My Name – What Should I Do?)
A name change on your Betano account can only be made through Customer Support.
- Here’s how to proceed:
- Contact Betano Customer Support via Live Chat, Email, or Phone.
- During the process, you’ll be asked to provide the following:
- Full name
- Username
- ID number
- Date of birth
- Your old and new name
- Your registered email address
- Please have a clear electronic copy of your valid ID ready to verify your identity.
- Once your information is verified, the support agent will guide you through updating your name.
Identification Document (I Need to Change My ID Number – What Should I Do?)
Changes to your registered ID can only be made through Customer Support.
- To request an ID change:

- Current ID number
- Date of birth
- Registered email address
- New ID number

A change to your date of birth (DOB) can only be made through Customer Support.
