If you forgot your email address, contact us via phone at +35924928779 from the number used for the registration to validate your personal details. If you do not have access to the number used for the registration, you can call also from an unregistered number. It is important to contact us personally for your inquiry to be processed successfully!
If you do not remember your username, please mention it during the call and our agent will be happy to provide it to you.
As a second step, email us your "Email change request" from your new address to support@betano.bg providing your username. When we update the relevant data, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once you receive the confirmation email, you can access your account from the "Forgot Password" section.
If you do not have access to your registered number anymore, you can change it after the "email change" confirmation email is received in My account→Profile→Login & Security section after you log in, or by emailing a request to support@betano.bg. Please, include your username, full name, date of birth, and the new mobile phone number in this email.
